    Preparation of any and all types of Estate Planning documents (Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, etc.); representation of Decedent's Estates and assistance in the administration of those Estates; provide advice an assistance to Elderly Clients concerning their rights with Medicaid, Healthcare and Long Term Care Facilities, and capacity issues that they or their loved ones may suffer from; help establish and administer Guardianships for those in need of another's financial and personal assistance; assist clients with purchases, refinances and reverse mortgages of homes.

    Fees And Payment Sources Accepted
    Fee is $175.00 per hour for all non fixed payment work.

    For Real Estate Transactions: $500.00 for purchase of a home and $400.00 for Refinance of a home. Both Flat Fee.

    Accept all major forms of payment, including Cash, Check and Credit/Debit Cards.
