    About My Business
    We help families preserve assets for their loved ones' care. We provide Elder Law options for seniors and their families in the Inland Northwest - both Washington and Idaho. Our practice is limited to Elder Law and Estate Planning.
    About My Services
    We provide Medicaid Asset Preservation Strategies, performing estate planning with a long-term care focus. Our goal is to help families meet the elder's wishes, securing and paying for necessary care, while providing support for other family members. We also provide Probate services to our clients and their families.

    Our practice is limited to Elder Law and Estate Planning. We take a personalized approach to every client's legal needs – with skill and compassion.

    Experience And Credentials
    Lynn earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington in 1982 and her law degree in 1985. As of 2014, Lynn has been in private practice in the State of Washington for 29 years, initially working as a trial attorney. In the early 2000’s, she recognized the importance of helping clients with the critical planning decisions that are Elder Law and Estate Planning. Lynn founded Lynn St. Louis Law Office PLLC,, in 2006. Lynn also practices law in the State of Idaho.

    Lynn’s practice areas include Elder Law, Estate Planning, Medicaid Asset Preservation Strategies, and other advocacy on behalf of vulnerable adults. She is active in organizations which seek to improve the quality of services provided to elders and their families.

    Lynn is a member of the Washington State Bar, the Idaho State Bar, the Spokane County Bar, and the Spokane Estate Planning Council. She is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), the Washington Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (WAELA), and is a past President and Member of the Year of WAELA.
    Fees And Payment Sources Accepted
    We provide services on an hourly and flat fee basis, depending on the client's need. After an initial one- to two-hour consultation, we will provide projected fees in writing.
