    High quality and personalized legal services to assist individuals and families with their estate planning and elder law needs. We assist those that are dealing with long-term illness or dementia in the areas of conservatorship and special needs trusts, and administration of wills and trusts upon death.
    About My Services
    Estate Planning (including wills, trusts, powers of attorney and property agreements), estate administration of wills and trusts, and establishment of conservatorships to assist an individual with dementia or other illness that has caused them to become incapable of managing their own affairs. We also draft and administer special needs trusts, and serve as court-appointed counsel or guardian ad litem for those subject to court-supervised proceedings.
