    About My Business
I have been providing legal services in Santa Clara and Santa Cruz Counties continuously since 1975. I specialize in Estate Planning, Elder Law and Medi-Cal Planning, Special Needs Planning, Trust Administration and Probate, and Life Care Planning/Geriatric Care Management.
    About My Services
My goal is to provide quality estate planning and life care planning services and resources to my community and to help my clients preserve their wealth for future generations. When you visit or call my office, I want you to feel comfortable discussing the important issues concerning both you and your family that affect your estate plan. I want to arm you with the information you need to make an informed decision about your family's future.

To help achieve my goal of providing quality estate planning and geriatric care management resources to the community, my law firm offers a wealth of free information on our websites and we offer free seminars and workshops. Visit our estate planning website to read estate planning articles, and if you're in the area, join us at one of our seminars or workshops on topics such as Living Trusts, Medi-Cal Planning, Special Needs Trusts, Life Care Planning and more!

I want you to feel confident about the choices you make—let my law office be your guide on the path toward preserving your family's future.
Conditions I Am Unable To Treat
We are unable to provide assistance on elder abuse cases since that is beyond the scope of our expertise.
    Experience And Credentials
I am Certified as a Legal Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. I am also a member, former Board of Governor, and designated Fellow of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys (AAEPA), a national membership organization committed to assisting attorneys in providing quality estate planning services to their clients.

I was previously licensed as a Certified Public Accountant and although I have an extensive background in accounting, I retired my license to practice as a CPA to devote my time and energy entirely to the practice of law, specializing in estate planning, trusts, Medi-Cal planning, and probate.

We are also a life care planning law office and have a geriatric care manager as part of our valuable team to help best serve you and your family.
    Fees And Payment Sources Accepted
Most of the work my office provides is on a flat fee basis and fees are set forth clearly. All fees for living trust estate plans are discussed at my free living trust seminars and those that attend my free seminars receive a free consultation. If you require help with Medi-Cal planning, life care planning, trust administration, probate, or advanced estate planning, I will meet with you for a free consultation and together we will determine what planning you need to meet your goals, and I will give you the fee for me to accomplish the planning you require.

We accept cash, check, Visa, and MasterCard.
