I also provide Elder Mediation through Elder Mediation of Colorado, LLC. This service is provided to prevent family distress over the estate or care of a loved one. It is an alternative to legal procedings and enforceable in court if necessary.
    About My Services
I have been a caregiver as well as a lawyer. This life experience allows me to understand not only the legal needs, but also the family needs as we all age.

I provide caring alternatives and options for the family and the elderly person to consider. Trusts are not always the answer - Law suits are not always the answer. There are options.

Home visits are always an option upon request. My clients reside in hospitals, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing homes. Many of them are unable to come to my office, so I will go to them at no additional expense.
