    Experience And Credentials
    Our attorneys have over 25 years of combined experience, with each attorney having earned advance degrees helpful in their fields. We are members of NAELA, the Colorado Bar Association, the Boulder County and Women's Estate Planning Councils, and former members of the Colorado Center for Hospice and Palliative Care, the Colorado Healthcare Ethics Forum, and the Ethics Committee for Longmont United Hospital.

    Most of our work is done on a flat fee basis, with hourly work as required. Our initial consultation is generally without charge to the client. Clients may pay by check or cash; we do not accept credit cards.
