    Senior Options, LLC provides services to older adults and their families to plan for immediate or long-term needs. The goal is to maximize the health, safety, and autonomy of older adults while ensuring they receive the highest quality services.
    About My Services
    1. Consult with seniors and their families who are coping with any challenges of aging
    2. Provide complete assessment of needs and implement a plan of care
    3. Assess living arrangements and develop alternate placement options, if needed
    4. Facilitate transitions from one living situation to next level of care
    5. Liaison with families living at a distance
    6. Coordinate and attend medical appointments and report to family
    7. Ongoing visits to maintain current level of care needs
    8. Review financial, legal, medical issues and refer to proper professionals
    9. Provide crisis intervention
    10. Counsel, support, educate and advocate for seniors and their families
    11. Power of Attorney, Guardian, Conservator, Trustee services as needed
    Experience And Credentials
    Masters Degree, Transpersonal Psychology

    Care Manager Certified: National Academy of Certified Care Managers

    Member in good standing since 2000: National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers
