    About My Business
Leisawitz Heller is a full-service law firm located in Wyomissing, PA. We provide business, litigation and estate related services to our clients. The firm's Estate and Trust Group provides estate planning, guardianship, estate and trust administration, long-term care planning and fiduciary litigation services. Currently, there are five attorneys and four paralegals in the Estate and Trust Group, including Berks County's only attorney certified in elder law by the National Elder Law Foundation. Three of the Estate Group's attorneys also hold masters degrees in tax law.
    About My Services
The firm's elder law attorneys help clients develop comprehensive long-term care plans that focus on securing high-quality long-term care for clients, while preserving their assets. To that end, we sheppard clients through the Medicaid application process. We also draft the many legal documents like wills, powers of attorney, asset protection trusts and caregiver agreements needed to implement each client's long-term care plan.
We also handle both voluntary and contested guardianships, will and trust contests and cases involving allegations of improper conduct by fiduciaries like executors, guardians and agents under power of attorney. Finally, we represent executors in the administration of decedents' estates.
    Experience And Credentials
Three of the attorneys in the firm's Estate Group hold Masters of Law degrees in taxation, two from Villanova University and one from George Washington University.
William R. Blumer is currently the only attorney certified in elder law by the National Elder Law Foundation practicing in Berks County, Pennsylvania. He is also listed as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in the areas of elder law and estate planning, a honor enjoyed by only 5% of all attorneys practicing in Pennsylvania.
Collectively the five attorneys in the firm's Estate Group have over 100 years of combined experience representing clients in a variety of estate and elder law matters.
    Fees And Payment Sources Accepted
Fees are based either on fixed fees negotiated with clients at the outset of representation or using hourly rates. The type of billing arrangement depends on the nature of the work we are performing.
Occasionally, fees may be contingent on the outcome of a case, again depending on the nature of the work and the needs of the client.
The firm does accept most major credit cards to assist clients in paying for services.
