    Attorneys Nancy Larson, Heidi Dodd, and Anita Ewing provide estate planning for people of all ages with an emphasis on issues affecting the elderly and those with special needs. With more than 40 years of combined years of experience in the legal profession, Ms. Larson, Ms. Dodd, and Ms. Ewing are uniquely qualified and committed to serving and addressing multi-generational issues.

    Concentrating in the areas of Estate Planning and Elder Law, the law office of Harter, Larson & Dodd offers legal counsel in the following areas: Powers of Attorney, Wills, Trusts, Guardianships, VA planning, Medicaid planning, Trust Administration, and Probate matters.
    Experience And Credentials
    Nancy R. Larson, a 1980 graduate of St. Louis University School of Law, is licensed in Illinois and Missouri. Heidi E. Dodd, a 2000 graduate of University of Tulsa College of Law, is licensed to practice in Illinois. Anita J. Ewing, a 2002 graduate of Indiana University School of Law, is the most recent attorney addition to Harter, Larson & Dodd. Each attorney is an active member in the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), including the Illinois chapter. Ms. Larson and Ms. Dodd became accredited through Veterans Administration in 2010. They have active roles in several southwestern Illinois organizations including Area Agency on Aging, Visiting Nurses Association, Hospice of Southern Illinois. Nancy Larson and Heidi Dodd are frequently invited to serve as keynote speakers at community events and seminars.
