    About My Business
    The Law Firm of Daniel P. Seink Co., Ltd. is committed to providing comprehensive, yet affordable elder law and estate planning services to individuals and families throughout Ohio. The Firm limits its practice to the areas of Ohio Medicaid planning and Medicaid applications, Life Care Planning, Medicaid estate recovery settlement, Medicare, Social Security and Veteran benefits, estate planning and administration, trusts including the Ohio Legacy Trust, trust settlement, wills, probate, retirement tax planning and business succession planning. Over the last twenty years, we have assisted thousands of clients with small to large estates maximize their care while preserving and protecting their assets.

    Founder and managing partner Daniel P. Seink is certified as a Specialist in Elder Law by the Ohio State Bar Association, and as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation, which is the only certification accredited by the American Bar Association and the Supreme Court of Ohio Commission on Certification of Attorneys as Specialists. Mr. Seink devotes his practice primarily to those issues uniquely affecting the elderly, the disabled and their families.

    Attorney Seink is the contributing Editor to the Elder Law Handbook published by the Ohio State Bar Association. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and serves as a Board Member of the Ohio Chapter of NAELA. He is also a member the Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Section of the Ohio State Bar Association, and is a Sub-Committee Chair of the Elder Law Committee for the OSBA. Daniel volunteers as a speaker for the Alzheimer's Association and is a frequent lecturer to legal, financial, health and tax professionals. An honors graduate of the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, and John Carroll University, Mr. Seink also served for three years as a staff attorney for the State of Ohio Court of Appeals.

    Mr. Seink and all of the attorneys in the Firm are accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs to prepare, present and prosecute claims for veteran’s benefits.

    Attorney Claudia Rose dedicates her practice to Elder Law and long-term care planning issues. Ms. Rose has worked with older adults in hospital, nursing home and home care settings as a case worker for the Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging and as a guardian for Cleveland's Volunteer Guardianship program.

    Ms. Rose is a graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law where she served as an editor for the Journal of Law and Health, and holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University.

    Attorney Hillary Taylor focuses her practice on estate planning (wills and trusts), probate and trust administration, elder law and Medicaid planning. She has years of experience in planning for and handling Medicaid and other elder law matters. Her estate planning experience includes preparing wills, various types of living trusts, estate tax planning, trusts for disabled people, irrevocable trusts and well as other documents to help ensure smooth asset management during life, through possible incapacity and after death. Hillary advises clients through the process of probate estate administration as well as trust administration and settlement.

    Prior to joining Daniel P. Seink, Co., Ltd., Ms. Taylor maintained a solo practice, and additionally had over six years of experience handling complex trust and estate and elder law matters with a large Northeast Ohio law firm. Ms. Taylor was elected to Ohio SuperLawyers “Rising Stars” top young lawyers in Ohio in 2011, 2012 & 2013.

    Attorney Taylor graduated from the University of Akron School of Law Summa Cum Laude, and John Carroll University also with honors. Ms. Taylor is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Florida.

    Steven R. Roush graduated with a Bachelors Degree in History from Southern Adventist University in 2004, and with a Juris Doctor from the Univerity of Toledo School of Law in 2009.
