    Founded in 1995, Active Day serves over 3,000 clients per day through the nation's largest network of medical adult day care centers, in-home personal care services and outpatient rehabilitation facilities.

    Providing outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy for Adult Day Care clients, as while as residents located in the surrounding area needing therapy past hospitalization or injury.

    All therapist are licensed by state credentialing agency. All therapist have several years of experience working in the outpatient area.
    Fees And Payment Sources Accepted
    Lowcountry Corf accepts Medicare and all insurances as payment sources. We will also accept private pay clients.

    The therapy department is open each Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. until 3p.m.
    Therapist will adjust their schedules to meet the client needs.
