    About My Services
    1. Meet with the senior and their families on learning the best solution that will meet their life style change. Once the senior and their families decide on a new location then our team gets to work. Creating a custom floor plan of their existing furniture so we know exactly what will fit and what will be moved. Arrange for moving quotes. Once those decisions are made we start our sorting, organizing, packing process with our trained staff. Move out and move in day the senior is sent off for a free day while we set up their new location by hanging pictures, making their bed, and arrange their new home exactly how the senior planned it.
    2. Household Clean-out/estate sale - Once the senior has moved we go back into the house and start arranging and preparing for an estate sale. If the home will be for sale or lease, we also stage the home for positive real estate showings. Once the house has an offer, we run an estate sale during the closing time frame and have the house all empty and clean for the new owner. If the owner of the home wishes us to arrange for quotes for handymen, painters, etc. to get the house ready for sale with our wide resources we can arrange/coordinate/supervise all repair work once those quotes are approved by the owners, family members or trust officers.
    3. As a member of National Association of Senior Move Managers we can move a loved one anywhere in the country with help at both ends.
Conditions I Am Unable To Treat
If the home has mold issues, a heavy smoker, or the health department needs to assess the property, we will wait until those issues are resolved. We do have resources for mold remediation and organic biosweep company to remove contaminants from the air and the walls.
    Experience And Credentials
Started running estate sales and moving seniors twenty years ago when my in-laws passed away. It was so successful, my business was built on word of mouth over the years. Moving/downsizing an aging parent gives us great satisfaction, that they can rest assure the stress is off their shoulders. We come to love our clients and they love us. We laugh, joke and cry together.
