    About My Business
    I offer seniors, their families/caregivers
    a comprehensive assessment of the senior's current status and make individualized recommendations addressing
    current and/or future issues, and available resources.
    About My Services
    A comprehensive assessment regarding the senior's physical, mental, and psycho-social health; Level of activities of daily living function; Environmental safety; Medication review; and possible benefits the senior may be entitled to.

    Development of an indvidualize plan of recommendations to address problems or issues identified.

    Continued services include, but are not limited to: management of a successful link between the senior, their family/caregiver(s) and recommended resources; ongoing monitoring of the extent to which these links have, or have not, addressed problem/issues; ongoing modification of the plan of recommendations as situations change; accompaniment on medical or other appointments; and acting as a liaison between the senior/family/caregiver(s) and other persons/professionals the senior interacts with.
    Experience And Credentials
    RN, BSN, C-GCM (Certified Geriatric Care Manager)

    Currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Gerontology at Marywood University

    Member of the Luzerne County Senior Networking Alliance

    24 year of experience working with seniors in a variety of long-term care settings.

    A fee schedule can be obtained by contacting the office.

    Payment is on a fee-for-service basis.
