    CONNECT! Information & Assistance is an aging and disability resource service.
    About My Services
    CONNECT! Information & Assistance is an aging and disability resource service. It is collaboration between the Area Agency on Aging for Boulder County, the senior service agencies for the municipalities within the County, and non-profits dedicated to serving older adults, adults with disabilities and their family caregivers. The service consists of a web-based online service directory which can be accessed through and choosing Seniors & People with Disabilities or by calling 303-441-1617. The phone line is answered by an AIRS Certified Information & Referral Specialist for Aging. In addition, a Spanish Language line: 303-441-1590 and a TTY line: 303-441-3986 are also available.
