    About My Business
    We offer a One Call Center for transportation needs in Southwest Wisconsin and surrounding areas. Staffed by a transportation coordinator and a mobility manager, we offer the most up to date information on transportation in our area. We are constantly trying to develop new programs and meet the needs of residents of and travelers to our area. We network with the Aging and Disability Resource Centers in our five county area and surrounding areas, we maintain a volunteer driver netword, and work with anyone interested in developing networks to coordinate and increase services.
    About My Services
    We have a phone line 1-877-798-5438 that is answered 9am-5pm center time. During those hours we schedule volunteer drivers for any hours that people want to travel and drivers want to drive. We reimburse our drivers $.50 a mile for gas and expenses in their vehicles.and would ask that people pay us that, so that we can pa We can make people aware of the shared ride taxi service hours in some local towns. We can also assist in travel planning and finding resources for difficult transportation problems.
    Experience And Credentials
    Our mobility manager has been trained through the state mobility manager training, has an associates degree in Occupational Therapy as well as being a QMRP. She is supervised by a state certified mobility manager with over a decade's experience.
    Fees And Payment Sources Accepted
    We ask for $.50 a mile from the time our driver leaves their home until they return home. On July 1, 2011 Logisticare is scheduled to take over as an MA manager and all charges for transportation will go through them. We do not currently bill MA. We do bill people, and have generous payment plans. Call us and we can always make accommodations.
