    Ethos Senior Living provides a thorough orientation, monthly classroom training and job shadow on the floor. The staff for our memory care unit receives additional training including quarterly classroom exercises that meet the needs of our special programming residents.

    Ethos Senior Living requires that each of our residents is mobile; able to walk, push a walker or operate a wheelchair. If that mobility changes and our resident cannot move themselves about the building they will be transfered to a facility that can accomodate their specific mobility needs.
    Special care programs offered for Alzheimer's and Dementia residents:
    Planned daily activities in a safe and familiar environment. Supervised outings and classes. Integrated programs with our assisted living residents, children and pets. Ethos Senior Living proudly uses the Best Friends Approach to care for our residents.
