    Home Care Network, Inc is a Caregiver provider in the San Jose area. We know the tough decisions that lie ahead of you, where Home care is the right option, and we want to make one of your decisions easier. You or your loved ones can stay at home, and get the In-Home care needed for added quality of life in San Jose. We provide everything from supervision to end of life non-skilled nursing care including personal care, mobility assistance and household needs for the Client.

    Additionally, should you need assistance with Hospice Care, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, dementia or stroke complications, or any other In-Home care needs, Home Care Network in can help. We care deeply for our home care Clients, and we treat each Client in our care with the dignity and respect that they deserve. We are available for round the clock service in San Jose, 7 days a week and our staff is completely trained to handle nearly any in home care situation.

    About My Services
    HCN offers hourly, sleepover or Live-In Care. We specialize in hospice (end of life care).

    • Assist with bathing, such as bed bath, shower, or sponge bath.
    • Assist with shampoo.
    • Oral hygiene.
    • Foot soaks.
    • Provide nail filing.
    • Shaving.
    • Skin care.
    • Provide incontinent care including changing diapers.
    • Assist with feeding, if needed.
    • Assist or remind client to take medications.
    • Take to MD appointments.
    • Hospice care.
    • Report to family or HOME CARE NETWORK any changes in client’s condition.

    • Perform light-housekeeping, such as dusting, vacuuming, dishes.
    • Shop for groceries and run errands.
    • Check home for safety.
    • Plan and prepare nutritious meals.
    • Change bed linens and make bed.
    • Do laundry, client’s only

    • Assist with transfers such as: bed to wheelchair.
    • Assist with walking, including cane and walker.
    • Assist with exercises as prescribed by a Physical Therapist.

    Caregivers Do Not . . . . . .
    • Wash windows.
    • Clean ovens.
    • Shampoo carpets.
    • Gardening (unless agreed upon).
    • Heavy Cleaning
    • Pet care (unless agreed upon).
    Experience And Credentials
    Home Care Network was established in 1994 by Sally Ryan, RN, MS, MBA. Prior to starting Home Care Network, she had 10 years of critical care experience and also 4 years in home care.
