    Careage Home Health provides care and assistance to successfully and safely remain/return home following hospitalization or rehabilitation.

    Our Nursing and Therapy services are provided on an intermittent basis, under your physicians care, for those who are homebound.

    Services are covered by Medicare and Insurance.
