    Dulce Hogar (Sweet Home) is an Assisted Living Home that offers, care, love and respect to your loved one. I am an experienced caregiver who would take care of your family member as if it was my own. You can come and visit your love one any time you want. We will keep you informed on a weekly basis of your loved one, via text, phone or e-mail. Our home is located on the beautiful gated area of Century Oaks Estates at 1604 and 281. Our residents are allowed to decorate their room as they like. Perform each day. Activities of Daily Living, meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, as well as bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, walking or wheeling, and transferring into and out of bed will be planned and accommodated accordingly.
