    Executive Concierge Nursing provides geriatric care management, medical advocacy and home care services providing our clients with improved quality of life, the highest level of independence possible and allowing them and their families to have peace of mind.
    About My Services
    Geriatric Care Management and Medical Advocacy
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive care plan based on a wide array of clinical and home assessments.
    • Advocate before, during and after each hospital, doctor visit, etc.;accompany to doctor's appointments.
    • Reduce hospitalizations and ER by appropriately managing and coordinating care.
    • Arrange resources such as skilled and non-skilled home health providers, equipment and supplies.
    • Assist in choosing the appropriate care setting based on individual and family needs.
    • Facilitate family discussion and become a "professional relative".

    Personal Care/Home Health:
    • Light Housekeeping and Laundry
    • Shopping and Errands
    • Stand by Assistance for Bathing and Dressing
    • Socialization
    • Nutrition Meal Preparation
    • Medication Reminders
    • Safety Supervision
    • Companionship
    • Telephone Support
    • Transferring and Lifting
    • Dressing, Bathing and Personal Hygiene
    • Shaving and Nail care

    Concierge Caregiver Services:
    When you or a family member is the primary caregiver, you are not alone, we will provide caregiver support and respite services. Our CCS services allow you an evening off, a well-needed vacation or just some assistance when you are time constrained or unable to meet a particular need yourself. Our services include:
    • Running Errands and Shopping
    • Doing Laundry
    • Preparing nutritious meals
    • Transportation
    • Providing Respite Care
    • Assisting with moves
    • Doing whatever needs to be done.
    Hours of Service
    Our office hours are 9-5 EST Monday through Friday, but we are available by phone 24x7.
