    About My Business
Every day, Senior Helpers helps seniors, disabled, and special needs adults maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes or wherever they may live. Here are some quick facts about our company:
    • We launched Senior Helpers in 2007 and have offices across the Front Range through which we serve all of metro-Denver, Boulder, Northern Colorado and the surrounding communities.
    • We are licensed with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and have an exemplary regulatory record (license # 04L110).
    • Unique to Senior Helpers is our client - caregiver skills and personality matching process that enhances client - caregiver compatibility and continuity of care, and that allows us to ensure that every member of our care staff is someone we’d feel comfortable having take care of our own personal loved ones.
    • All our care staff are employees of Senior Helpers. Unlike some home care companies, we cover all our caregivers’ payroll taxes and workers comp insurance in order to protect you from liability. We offer health benefits to our caregiver team in order to recruit and retain only the best staff. Our care staff are experienced, trained, insured, and bonded for your protection and peace of mind.
    • Depending on the level of assistance desired, we assign care staff who are Personal Care Workers (PCWs) and Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs).
    • We create a written Care Plan for each client to clearly document the specific types of care to be provided and any additional work you wish us to perform.
    • Our professional administrative staff conducts regular follow-ups with all clients to ensure ongoing quality of care.
    • We can often provide a caregiver with as little as several hours advance notice.

An important point I want to emphasize about Senior Helpers is the high priority we place on staff development for our caregiver team. We provide regular ongoing training for our staff, covering a wide variety of topics including senior health, senior psychology, senior fitness, and cultural matters to name just a few. We also work together with the Alzheimer’s Association, ALS Association, Parkinson Association, Diabetes Association, Arthritis Foundation, and similar organizations to cross train our staff.
