    About My Business
    Who are we?

Platinum Home Care is a New Jersey based, family owned and operated provider of home health care to people of all ages. Offering skilled nursing, personal care and companionship to clients in their homes, our services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. Compassionate home care with integrity is our philosophy and one which we seek to provide at all times.

Our nurses and caregivers are passionate about assisting seniors who wish to live at home safely and securely. We work with families who want to fulfill their loved one’s wishes to remain in their home but are unable to provide the continuous skilled care that is needed. Our staff of live-in and visiting nurses of New Jersey proudly provide round-the-clock care, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
    About My Services
The types of elderly home care NJ we provide include:

    Personal Care
    Long-term Chronic Care
    Companion and Socialization
    Dementia and Alzheimer’s
    Live-in Care

The comprehensiveness of our services means that our home health care NJ will provide the right amount of care for your loved one whether they require a companion several times a week or hands-on, live-in care. It’s not unusual for the needs of our clients to change over time, and families may adjust these services based on their loved one’s needs. If your loved one is diagnosed with diabetes or has outpatient surgery, for instance, you can count on our senior home care New Jersey to care for your family member and improve their quality of life.

Perhaps the greatest advantage to choosing senior home care NJ is that families can focus on being family instead of 24/7 caregivers. This means you can spend quality time with your loved one and be an active part of their life without having the burdens of dispensing medication, dressing wounds or monitoring vital signs. Most importantly, with Platinum Home Care, you know that your loved one is happy, safe and being cared for to the highest quality standards. We wouldn’t do it any other way.

    Companion & Socialization

The main objective of these services is to establish a strong relationship with our home care clients to help them re-engage in life, enhance their quality of life and eliminate feelings of isolation. These services include but are not limited to:

Dementia is the loss of mental functions such as memory, thought processing and reasoning, which can cause drastic changes in behavior, personality and mood.
