    About My Business
Senior Suites RV is proud to offer a revolutionary alternative to those searching for ways to care for aging parents or grandparents while still allowing them their independence. Typically today the burden of increased care rests disproportionately with the closest loved ones. Senior Suites RV changes that by allowing the care giving - and the costs - to be shared between loved ones across town or even across the country!

A Senior Suites RV provides a safe, affordable, fully adapted, and portable apartment that can be moved easily from one location to another.

Each Senior Suites RV is individually customized with adaptive features that provide mobility and stability assistance as well as functional accessibility to all living areas. Optional packages include features such as wireless audio and video monitoring, remote call alert systems, and emergency services connections (requires separate service).
    About My Services
Senior Suites RV offers several options for customizing a Mobile Independent Living Unit that best suits a client's situation. Whether you lease a pre-configured Senior Suite, have us adapt an RV that you already own, or purchase one that is fully-customized to your specifications, Senior Suites RV is committed to helping you find the perfect solution to enable the very best quality of life for all concerned.

Please consider the following if you are intrigued by the innovative possibility of sharing the responsibilities of caring for someone - or simply setting up a safe and comfortable portable cottage for a loved one:

The minimum footprint requirement for our smallest units is approximately 10 ft x 20 ft, with good street access for maneuvering them into position. Our slightly larger and more popular models can require a minimum area of 10 ft x 25 ft or longer.
Water and power - in the form of a hose and an extension cord - should be within reach of the site. Access to dump holding tanks into a septic system or sewer line is ideal but not necessary. Some options (such as emergency call services) may also require a phone line and/or a cable TV/satellite cable.
While we've found that our Senior Suites are widely accepted in most areas as temporary living units, we encourage you to consult with your local zoning authority to confirm the details for your area.
Senior Suites are not suitable for someone who requires full-time attendant care - unless of course the unit is large enough for a live-in caregiver. We urge you to consult with their doctor or care manager if you have any doubt about their ability to live semi-independently in this type of situation.

Working with you to choose the best Senior Suite configuration and helping you get it initially placed and set up can be the extent our our involvement. But most customers continue to consult with us for assistance with ongoing needs such as help with periodic relocation of the unit.

For clients who don't have a direct sewer/septic system connection or the ability to empty the unit's holding tanks themselves, we can also come out on a regular basis (usually about every 2 weeks for a single occupant) with a portable tank and take care of that too.
    Experience And Credentials
We are a family-owned business that was born of our own necessity. When our beloved matriarch was no longer able to live in her own home unsupervised, her son (company founder) and daughter conspired a plan as to how they could share the care and keep mom comfortable in a safe surrounding while still allowing her as much independence as she could manage.

Long story short, we had the idea to buy a travel trailer and began modifying it into what became known as her mobile retirement "suite". People who saw what we had created were insistent that we start a company to allow others the same flexible alternative that worked so well for us. So this venture is genuinely born of love, and we are eager to help others enjoy the safe, portable, and high quality living environment we created for our mother.
