    About My Business
    The Gables is a uniquely charming and attentive independent living community nestled away on 37 acres at the base of East Mountain in Rutland, Vermont. With a wide array of services in place, we make life here as relaxing, enjoyable and worry-free as possible. We also offer an optional Personal Care Services program, licensed by the State of Vermont, for those residents needing additional support.

    Fees And Payment Sources Accepted
    Our entry fee (which has an 80% return) ranges from $163,000 to $272,000.

    Our monthly fee is $2,232 for the first resident in an apartment, and $844 for the second person.

    Though we are an independent living community, we offer an optional Personal Care Services program for those residents who may need extra support with medication management and hands-on care (e.g. bathing, dressing, etc.).
