    About My Business
    Dolan Memory Care Homes provide a true social model of care in our group homes, specially designed to assist and support persons with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias.
    Our households are licensed by the state and staffed 24 hours a day.
    Each home of our 9 households are managed by licensed nurses.
    Residents are allowed to age in place - not moved to another wing or floor as their needs increase.
    Experience And Credentials
    President/Owner is an innovator in memory care for over 20 years. He has had significant influence in changing the perception of the disease along with fostering improvement in resources that are now available to families
    Director of Operations is a Licensed Nursing Homes Administrator with 30 years of management experience in the long term care communities.
    Resident Care Coordinator is an RN and LNHA with 30 years of experience and was awarded St. Louis Magazine's Excellence in Nursing Award for Senior Care in 2014 for her "patient firsts" focus.
    Director of Community Engagement is a MSW and LNHA with 23 years of prior experience at the St. Louis Alzheimer's Association and adjunct faculty for graduate programs in Gerontology and Social Work.
    Activities Director is Nationally and State certified to provide a range of person centered activities, cultural and spiritual events and entertainment.
    Admissions Coordinator is a MSW from St. Louis University's School of Social Work.
