    About My Services
We believe that our first responsibility is to offer service to you in the ways that are most helpful and meaningful to you. Toward that end, each service relationship begins with carefully listening to what our client wants and needs.

For each in-home care client, a unique care plan is developed as part of this conversation. After a caregiver is carefully matched with you, a meeting will be held with the caregiver, you and our support staff to discuss the care plan and to ensure that you are comfortable with the arrangements.

All of our caregivers are trained and supervised by our nurse practitioner. Before they are hired, caregivers must:
+Pass a face-to-face interview to ensure they are capable, compassionate and morally grounded to offer the highest quality of care.
+Pass a healthcare registry check with no negative findings
+Pass a criminal background check with no convictions
    +Pass a TB skin test
    +Have their professional references confirmed.
+Undergo New Employee Orientation and Continuing Ed.
We employ ALL of our caregivers and we are fully bonded and insured.

Our free residential placement service begins by listening to you and helping you assess your wants and needs in order to discern your Independent or Assisted Living options. We will then recommend the two or three communities that best match your criteria, and will even arrange and accompany you on personal tours of the facilities. We'll make sure all of your questions are answered so that you can make the best decision about where you'd like to move. We can also help you through the moving process and will continue to work with you after your move to ensure the entire transition goes smoothly and happily.

Our free Always-In-Touch reassurance service provides a telephone contact for seniors living at home to ensure they are safe and well. Someone from our call center will place the call (available M-F, except on holidays), and if there is no answer, they'll try again in 15 minutes. If there is still no answer, they'll call the emergency contact you have designated.
Conditions I Am Unable To Treat
We are licensed by the State of North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services to provide non-medical in-home Aide, Companion, Sitter and Respite services. For clients requiring nursing-level care, we often work in partnership with organizations licensed to provide those services, including hospice agencies and therapists. Our agency staff will be happy to help you identify your level of care needs and the agencies that can help you meet those needs.
