    About My Business
Regency is dedicated to improving quality of life and client independence through compassionate care and uncompromising service. We have exceptional standards when it comes to hiring our trusted and experienced staff. Our Certified Nursing Assistants are real W2 employees, which means Regency is responsible for their taxes, insurance and worker's compensation...not you!

Regency provides our own staff Registered Nurse for an initial home assessment and then every 90 days to re-assess the care plan for our clients. Unlike some agencies who charge their clients, we feel that since these visits are required by the state this expense should not be our client's responsibility. Our Registered Nurses are Regency staff so you'll have continuity of care by the same nurse who supervises our Caregivers.

Every Caregiver has passed the Caregiver Quality Assurance Certification (CQA) for along with a National & State Background Check, Motor Vehicle Report, Drug Screen and tested for their clinical knowledge.
