It's a unique relationship built between two people who understand the ups and downs of life. We work with you to find a senior who can help meet your personal needs, schedule and personality. We can help out just a little or a lot.

    We are a non-medical company. We can not dispense medications or do any other medical based activity. We do, however, do medication reminders, bathing and personal grooming.

    RATES

    ASSESSMENT FEE: No Charge
    An initial assessment is conducted by Seniors Helping Seniors to determine the specific needs of the Client. A Caregiver is then assigned to the Client based on the Client’s needs and the Caregivers experience and qualifications. Seniors Helping Seniors also monitors their Caregivers. A Care Manager is also assigned to each case and may provide unexpected drop in visits. This is our way of providing quality assurance and consistency in care.

    REQUIRED DEPOSIT

    A deposit equivalent to 14 days of the proposed schedule may be required prior to starting services. If service will be requested on an as needed basis, payment is to be paid in full prior to rendering services. Seniors Helping Seniors must receive (14) days (two weeks) notice prior to canceling service. The deposit will be credited to the client’s account and posted to the last two weeks of service. In the event that we do not receive a (two weeks) cancellation notice, the prepaid deposit maybe withheld for insufficient notice. Any remaining credits will be fully reimbursed no later than 30 days from last day of service.

    HOURLY RATE:
    (3 Hour Minimum)

    ONE CLIENT $20.00 to $24.00 PER HOUR - DEPENDING ON NEED OF CARE AS DETERMINED BY ASSESMENT

    TWO CLIENTS $25.00 to $29.00 PER HOUR - DEPENDING ON NEED OF CARE AS DETERMINED BY ASSESMENT

    TRANSPORTATION RATE $ 45.00 PER VISIT AND INCLUDES A TOTAL OF 20 MILES OF TRANSPORTATION
    (2 Hr. MINIMUM) (Any mileage beyond 20 miles will be charged at .55 cents per mile)

    MILEAGE .55 CENTS PER MILE
    (Services provided at 3 hour minimum rate that require errands or transportation
    will be charged an additional .55 cents per mile).

    CLIENT’S VEHICLE No charge for mileage if transportation is provided in clients vehicle.

    HOLIDAYS THE FOLLOWING HOLIDAYS WILL BE BILLED AT TIME AND A HALF:

    New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,
    Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day

    OVER TIIME Any (1) caregiver scheduled for an excess of 40 hours in a period of a 7 day work week,
    will be billed at time and a half. Seniors Helping Seniors work week is Monday at
    12:01 a.m. – Monday at 12:00 a.m.

    RETURNING CLIENTS Will be subject to the company’s current listed pricing at that time
