    About My Business
    All services are funded through the Bloomington Hospital Foundation and FREE to the consumer.

    We offer:
    • Individualized family consultation and counseling
    • Extensive resource library
    • Support groups for caregivers and individuals with dementia
    • Community Education and Outreach

    We also work as part of an inter-disciplinary "Memory Clinic" team. This service is provided through IU Health Bloomigton's Outpatient Behavioral Health Services. The team (physician, RN, and Licensed Mental Health Counselor) provide an extensive evaluation with persons with memory loss and their caregivers. The assessment provides a framework for treatment, referrals, and future consultation with our team.
    Experience And Credentials
    Dayna Thompson, the Alzheimer's Educator is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and has an extensive background in Behavioral health. She also recieved her Dementia Care Professional Certification through Ivy Tech/Alzhemier's Association.
    Fees And Payment Sources Accepted
    No fees, except for Memory Clinic appointments (handled through IU Health Bloomington Behavioral Health).
