    At the Koldin Law Center, P.C. with offices in Syracuse and Rochester, New York, we have over 30 years of experience helping elderly individuals plan for immediate crisis and long term care. Our firm represents clients in Monroe and Onondaga counties and throughout all of Upstate New York.

    We are committed to providing personal and professional services to individuals and families with loved ones suffering from disabilities and illness. We focus our practice on Estate planning, Trusts, Medicaid, and preserving life savings from the costs of long term care in the event of a catastrophic illness.

We are also very experienced in handling elder law, irrevocable trust, revocable trust, Basic estate planning (Will, Power of Attorney, Health Care Proxy), Medicaid law, and children with disabilities / supplemental (special) needs trust matters.
