    National Church Residences Avondale is an independent senior living community in Dublin,Ohio. At Avondale, we integrate excellence in housing design with person-centered home care services to cultivate a community of exceptional caring. Our apartment homes are thoughtfully designed and include the amenities and services our residents need to live the life they have always enjoyed.
    About My Services
    Our two bedroom cottage homes provide the comfort of a real home at with all the services and amentities one would need. The cottages include all utilities plus phone, cable, internet, our Graceful Living Personal Care Services Package, a complimentary membership to the Dublin Recreation Center, 24 hour emergency maintenance and care coordination from our professional Care Coordinator.
    Our service package, Graceful Living Personal Care Services, is designed to provide the additional help our residents need to live a comfortable and fulfilling life.

    Graceful Living Personal Care Services includes scheduled transportation each week, weekly housekeeping, weekly linen service to freshen towels and bedding and daily community meals featuring a selection of choices.

    We can also coordinate a wide range of home healthcare services including physical therapy and personal nursing care. These services might include health monitoring, medication administration or rehabilitation by a licensed physical, occupational or speech therapist.
