    From peer-level companionships for social interaction to skilled medical care administered by an RN, we can help with virtually any situation, with a strong emphasis on the well-being of each client every step of the way. Specialties range from adult homecare, disabled care and elder care along with pediatric, newborn care and sitter services.

    BrightStar Care proudly provides home health care and in-home nursing care in West San Fernando Valley and Ventura County which includes Agoura, Agoura Hills, Calabasas, Camarillo, Chatsworth, Granada Hills, Newbury Park, Malibu, Moorpark, Porter Ranch, Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, Topanga, West Hills, and Westlake Village.

    All Clinical staff and Caregivers are BrightStar employees; are licensed, qualified and trained in caring for the elderly and children as well as Autism, Alzheimer’s and dementia care allowing BrightStar to maintain and enhance all of your client's in home care experiences.

    Private Duty Geriatric Care Management

    Our Geriatric Care Management team is here to help families who are caring for elderly or disabled loved ones. Our Care Managers are Nurses, Medical Social Workers and Therapists who are educated, trained, experienced, licensed healthcare and social service professionals.

    All BrightStar Care Private Duty team members are supervised by our RN Geriatric Care Manager as part of our home care service. We also provide enhanced Geriatric Care Management to our existing clients and to community residents at an affordable cost. Some clients may qualify for short-term subsidy for both Private Duty care and Geriatric Care Management.
