    About My Business
PCM specializes in elder mediation, giving families the opportunity to find solutions for the difficult issues surrounding aging and elderly parents and grandparents. Oftentimes, elder issues are very stressful and emotional for all involved parties. Through mediation, we guide families through a decision-making process that helps them find common ground, understanding and a respectful solution for the care of elderly loved ones.Mediation sessions are informal but structured discussions facilitated by the mediator. The mediator structures the discussion to help clarify the issues and move toward a mutually agreed on solution. An Elder Mediator is an impartial person who is skilled and trained in listening, defusing tensions, explaining care giving options and focusing the parties on different options to come to a supportive, sound, solution.
