    About My Business
    'The Club' is an Adult Day Health Program for persons with memory loss. By seeing each person as an individual, we use their strengths and interests to provide the best care possible.

    While you get a much needed break your loved one will be engaged in activties that stimulate their mind and body.

    ElderHealth and Living is a locally owned, thriving residential care community and health center for persons with memory loss. Our Memory Loss Solutions incorporate being sustainable and having our company operated by onsite owners.
    About My Services
    The Club Adult Day Health Program helps individuals with memory loss and their family caregivers adapt to their changing world through:
    • Activties that stimulate coginition/brain function
    • Social engagement with peers
    • Creative Arts & Crafts
    • Excercise;dancing,walking,resistance training,stretching
    • Music enrichment activities
    • Respite for family caregivers
    • Continuing to enjoy life!

    We also provide help with personal care, if needed, such as eating, toileting and one person transfers.
    We can also provide showers & medication administration, upon request.

    'The Club' provides routine breaks for caregivers, allowing them time to "REFILL THEIR OWN TANKS".

    Research shows caregivers that receive predictable breaks are more successful at providing care to their loved one, for a longer period of time, than those not receiving routine breaks.

    Caregiver and Memory Loss Support Groups
    Conditions I Am Unable To Treat
    Participants are in the early-moderate stages of Alzheimer's or other memory loss disease and are able to function independently and take part in social settings.
    Fees And Payment Sources Accepted
    The Club Adult Day Health Program enlists a one-time $100 assessment fee. Hourly rate of $15.00 per hour. Long-Term Care Insurance may apply.

    Hours of Service
    The Club hours of operation are Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Morning, afternoon, or all day sessions may be selected for one to four days per week. Drop-in participants are accepted upon program registration and daily availability.

    Transportation Option
    ElderHealth & Living will provide van service to and from our Springfield site.
    Picking up at 9:00 am and dropping off at 4:00 pm.
    Pick up/Drop off location in Eugene.

    Caregiver Support Group:
    • 1st & 3rd Thursdays of the month, 2-4pm at Good Samaritan Society 3500 Hilyard St, Eugene. In the Chapel

    Memory Loss Support Group

    1st & 3rd Thursdays of the month, 2-4pm at Good Samaritan Society, 3500 Hilyard St, Eugene.
    This group runs concurrently with the Thursday Caregiver Support Group. Please call 1 week in advance to reserve your spot.

    Living with Memory Loss educational series is offered three times a year.
