    LaFountaine is a state licensed Adult Family Home. We provide excellent care to all seniors and specialize in the care of those with Dementia and Alzheimer's. We offer FIXED PRICING so you can budget your money as your monthly rate will NEVER increase.

    Conditions I Am Unable To Treat
    While we do not provide transportation the city bus does stop at our home if called in advance.
    Experience And Credentials
    LaFountaine opened its first Adult Family Home in 2011 and its second location in 2014. Our #1 priority is always the residents care.
    Fees And Payment Sources Accepted
    We accept private pay clients, also expect VA and longterm care insurance.

    Our rates are based on the care required when the resident first moves in. From that point forward the rate will never increase.
