    About My Business
Senior Care Associates covers 3 areas. We assist Veterans, their spouses and surviving spouses with the Aid and Attendance pension. A pension that will assit with their care level costs from $1,113 to $2,054 per month tax free. We also offer Legal Services and Financil Planning with a heavier emphasis on end of life.
    About My Services
Are you a Veteran? Are you a surviving spouse?
Are you in need of care? Are you living in your home and need a caregiver or loved one to provide care? Have you moved into an assisted living or Skilled Nursing facility and are wondering how long your money will last?

In 1952 a pension was put in place to help pay for this care. A Veteran may receive up to $1,732 a month. A Veteran and spouse may receive $2,054 a Veterans spouse $1,360 and a surviving spouse of a Veteran, up to $1,113 per month. This tax-free pension is paid directly into the Veteran or spouse’s bank account similar to their social security check.

Many Veterans, their spouses or their surviving spouses require the assistance of someone to come in to assist with their activities of daily living such as cooking, medication management, transportation, bathing assistance, dressing etc. Many of these seniors prefer to stay at home but cannot afford to have someone help them with these activities. With this tax-free pension, they would be able to afford the assistance they need in their home or move into assisted living that provides them with the care they deserve.

If the Veteran served our country 90 days active duty one day during a period of war (WWI, WWII, Korean, Vietnam, and Gulf) and was honorably discharged, you may be eligible for this pension. If you require assistance at home, if you currently live in an assisted living community, or if nursing care is inevitable, you may be able to increase your standard of living by offsetting the cost of your care and making it more affordable so you can receive the care you deserve.
    Experience And Credentials

    Fees And Payment Sources Accepted
We have a one time consulting fee of $800 if we file for the Aid and Attendance claim. Our fee means we will manage their claim until the claimant passes away. We manage all VA letters, their annual audit each year and will correspond to the VA on their behalf. We also manage their care level so that they will always be eligible for the pension. Families can call us anytime to ask questions regarding their claim. We except American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Check, Cash and if needed will explore a payment plan.
