    About My Services
As a psychotherapist I can help you get relief from difficult emotional symptoms. I provide a safe and private environment to talk things over and work together to change ways of coping that have not been working.
Care giving is a demanding role and presents complicated feelings and challenges. Many experiences arise for a caregiver resulting in emotional exhaustion and feelings of inadequacy.
I provide individual and group services for those who care for the seriously ill or dying.
Conditions I Am Unable To Treat
I do not provide court-ordered psychiatric evaluations or assessments.
    Experience And Credentials
I earned a Bachelor of Arts from Gonzaga University and a Secondary Teaching Certificate. After 14 years as a classroom instructor, I returned to school to earn my Master's degree in social work. I continued on and was awarded a doctoral degree in counseling psychology from the American School of Professional Psychology, Argosy University/Seattle. I also completed a certificate in Psychological Trauma: Effective Treatment and Practice from the University of Washington.
My professional memberships include American Psychological Association, Washington State Society for Clinical Social Work, and Clinical Social Work Association.
    Fees And Payment Sources Accepted
I am a private pay provider. As an Out of Network (OON) provider I can provide a statement and diagnosis for you to submit to your insurance company. You should always check with your insurance company to confirm if it will accept OON.
Payment for services is accepted by check, cash, or credit card (Master Card, Visa, American Express). Payment can be made directly or by Pay Pal through my website.
