    Assist Elders and their families to holistically assess and determine what their needs are, what programs, services, and options are available to meet those needs, coordinate and manage the care and services provided. Work privately for the client to advocate and offer peace of mind and unbiased solutions during difficult and emotional times. Well versed in aging, physical conditions, and dementias.

    Experience And Credentials
    • Nationally certified Geriatric Care Manager (CMC) through the National Academy for Certification of Care Managers
    • Member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers
    • Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) through the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapists
    • Wisconsin licensed COTA
    • Member of American Occupational Therapy Association
    • Dementia Care Specialist though the Alzheimer's Association
    • Associate degree - Occupational Therapy Assistant
    • Bachelor's degree - Health Care Management

    Extensive experience in Elder Care: Rehabilitation, independent and assisted senior living, dementia care, program coordination, home care

    Service is paid for privately via check or credit card. Long term care insurance may pay. Rates vary depending on time spent and amount of service provided.
