    About My Business
    Autumn's Way is an Family Care Home providing private rooms to 6 mobile women experiencing memory loss. All supportive services are provided along with 24-hour care. These services are provided within a residential home in a Durham neighborhood.

    Conditions I Am Unable To Treat
    We cannot provide care to insulin dependent diabetics due to staff licensing. Also we cannot have residents with trachs or feeding tubes, again due to staffing.

    Residents must be able to walk; the use of canes or walkers are acceptable.
    Experience And Credentials
    The Administrator, Jennifer Albright, has a master's in health services and has been a care coordinator ( for 4 years. Prior to starting Autumn 's Way, she has managed a case management organization. She has met all the state requirements to be an administrator and also brings extensive artistic experience to her work. She will conduct various activities with the residents, cook and oversee the organic garden located on the premises.
    Fees And Payment Sources Accepted
    Rates range from $4,000 to $4,600 per month and include all services. Private pay and long-term care insurance are accepted as payment.
