    Experience And Credentials
We are a dynamic husband and wife team geared to help anyone that we can and not expect anything in return. Having a deep desire to care for others since childhood led us to want to make an impact in the medical field. We intend to do this through our trained staff as well as provide the utmost care to our clients and their families.

Rodney and Sheila Mosley have been married for 17yrs. and have had many interesting challenges and experiences in their lives, from Sheila working full time as a Registered Nurse and attending Notre Dame of Maryland University full time for her BSN and completing it in June 2013 to Rodney having a near death experience in 2009 that caused him to stop working as Assistant Team Leader for Maxim Healthcare Services and start Reliable Medical Billing & Consulting.

Sheila’s 39 yr. old sister became a stroke victim in 2011 which became the foundation in starting Reliable Medical Nursing Services, LLC. Raising a family and owning two businesses in healthcare shows dedication and the willingness to “Provide Quality Healthcare”.

    I. Caregiver - Personal Assistance Service
RMNS provides home care service at your residence or at an assisted living facility. Service hours range from a minimum of 3 hours to 24 hours of service. Scheduling is available from 1-7 days a week as needed. Personalized services make independent living or older adults more comfortable and enjoyable. Supportive home management or personal care tasks are provided by carefully-screened and highly qualified home care assistants.

    II. Hospital Sitter Service
Services are available for short-term or long-term periods. Hospital sitters can run errands and summon the charge nurse in an emergency. Sitter service gives you peace of mind knowing that your loved one has company during their hospital stay.

III. Post Hospital Personal Care Service
When released from the hospital, an injury or illness may hinder your ability to perform personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating or driving. Our highly qualified personal care assistants can attend to your personal needs at home as you recuperate. Plan ahead if you have scheduled procedures such as shoulder surgery, hip replacement surgery, and eye surgery or chemo/radiation therapy.

IV. Geriatric Care Management and Consultation
Services include consultation and a personal plan to address caregiver needs, care options, an in-home safety review and client monitoring to address on-going needs.
