    About My Services
    Level of Care
We assess our client's needs and evaluate his or her psychosocial profile. We collaborate closely with all parties involved in your loved one's care in order to achieve a more holistic diagnostic profile. A thorough assessment is crucial in matching our client's needs to the level of care offered by our care providers in our network.

The location of the care facility plays an important role for both our clients and their families. It sometimes dictates how often family members will be able to visit and how much time they can spend with their loved one. We at Good Hands strive to find the closest possible locations for our client and their families.

Assisted living facilities and homes determine their monthly rates based on: the level of care, type of accommodation, and the services provided. Whether your loved one is covered by A.L.T.C.S., long term care insurance, or private funds we can help with whatever budget you may have--and negotiate lower fees.

    Our Qualified Network
The assisted living facilities and homes in our network serve all levels of care such as:
    • Continued Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy
    • Stroke
    • Cardiac
    • Parkinson's Disease
