    About My Services
Counseling clients includes identifying planning options and ruling out choices which might work for others, but are not appropriate for each client. Elder law and special needs practice is not a one-size-fits all arena, nor should it be.

When appropriate, I draft trust agreements, represent parties involved in elder law and special needs matters, do traditional estate planning and provide advice regarding Medicaid, SSI, SSDI and other public benefit program eligibility.

As with all things, information is power and the more information clients have, the more empowered they are even in the most challenging situations.
