    About My Services
    Bassett & Associates provides expanded elder and disability law services. Specific services include probate, guardianship, estate planning, special needs trusts, veterans' benefits, special education law, probate litigation, trust administration and other fiduciary services, and ancillary social work and care management services. Other areas of the law include adoption, minor guardianship, and other child centered law services.

    Jane A. Bassett is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and sits on the State Bar of Michigan ELDRS Council.
    Fees And Payment Sources Accepted
    Initial consultation fee is $95 for first 1/2 hour. Thereafter, fee will be fully discussed with client. Accepts referrals from Legal Services of Southeastern Michigan for low income clients.
