    About My Business
    Jesse Beasley has specialized in Elder Law for over 25 years and has gained in-depth experience. As a result, the majority of his clients have been referred by other clients and Ohio attorneys who respect his expertise.

    Attorneys may be Certified as Specialists in the field of Elder Law, and recognized as such by the Ohio Supreme Court. Jesse is a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation, and is a Certified Specialist by the Ohio State Bar Association. He is one of only two Elder Law dually certified in the Miami Valley.
    About My Services
    Jesse provides advice and direction on how best to utilize resources with long term care and/or disabilities taken into account. This includes special needs trust planning, investing in exempt resources, and other strategies. He also covers basic estate planning including powers of attorney, advanced directives (living wills and health care powers of attorney), wills and trusts.
    Experience And Credentials
    In addition to the certifications mentioned above, Jesse is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorney and is past chair of the Dayton Bar Association Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Committee. He served on the Board of Trustees for the Area Agency on Aging, which serves nine counties, for ten years. He is a frequent speaker for the Alzheimer's Association and various community groups.
