    I am an elder law attorney licensed in Iowa and Nebraska.
    About My Services
    I help seniors and their families to address the legal and planning needs of the elderly population including long term care coverage by insurance, Medicaid, or Veterans Benefits. I work with the guardianship and conservatorship systems in Iowa and Nebraska. I also provide estate planning services for all ages and particularly prepare elders for their planning needs.

    I can help to address issues associated with physical decline or dementia as well as work to preserve assets from the significant costs associated with long term care.
