    Experience And Credentials
Home Care Assistance is a non-medical, in-home care provider for older adults. Our rigorously screened (only hire 1 in 25 applicants) and trained (through our proprietary HCA University courses) caregivers provide help with a wide variety of activities of daily living.

Our caregivers are trained in the Balanced Care Method, which focuses on the building blocks of a healthy lifestyle: proper nutrition, daily exercise, regular socialization, and providing a sense of purpose. We help our clients find and enjoy their personal reason for living each day to it's fullest.

Our caregivers are also trained to provide the Cognitive Therapeutics Method, an activities-based program designed to help older adults delay onset of cognitive decline as well as slow the progression of dementia for those currently experiencing symptoms. The program targets to stimulate the five primary cognitive domains, including executive functioning, attention, language, visual-spatial perception and memory.
