    About My Services
Home Care Assistance provides in-home care for older adults. In-home caregivers provide help with a wide variety of non-medical related activities of daily living. These include: showering, bathing and dressing, meal preparation, transportation, toileting, companionship, recreation, medication reminders, fall prevention, and more. We specialize in around the clock live-in care, and also provide flexible hourly care. Our screened and trained professionals, including our care managers who are on call 24/7 and our high caliber caregivers, are committed not only to provide basic physical care but also to promote healthy mind, body and spirit.

Our caregivers are also trained to provide the Cognitive Therapeutics Method, an activities-based program designed to help older adults delay onset of cognitive decline as well as slow the progression of dementia for those currently experiencing symptoms. The program targets to stimulate the five primary cognitive domains, including executive functioning, attention, language, visual-spatial perception and memory.
