    About My Business
We help our clients solve problems. Our practice is Estate Planning and Elder Law. That's all we do. We are one of only two firms in northern New England with 2 Certified Elder Law Attorneys (CELAs)(certified by the National Elder Law Foundation).
    About My Services
We help clients with planning for long-term care, Medicaid qualification and Special Needs planning as well as wills and trusts, incapacity documents, probate and trust administration and guardianship.
Conditions I Am Unable To Treat
We visit clients at their homes or in facilities when appropriate and feasible.
    Experience And Credentials
Glenn Jarrett--Certified Elder Law Attorney, Certified Financial Planner.

    Jennifer Luitjens--Certified Elder Law Attorney

*certified by the National Elder Law Foundation

Both Glenn and Jennifer provide continuing legal education to lawyers and financial advisers and lecture frequently on estate planning and elder law topics. Among the groups they have presented for are Fletcher Allen Health Care, State of Vermont Retirement System, University of Vermont and National Business Institute.
    Fees And Payment Sources Accepted
We charge for most of our planning on a fixed fee basis. Once we know what is needed, we can quote a fee that will not change, no matter how much time we spend on the project.

Probate, trust administration and guardianship work is done on an hourly basis because of requirements surrounding court approval of fees.
