    We provide elder law services, Medicaid planning for nursing home Medicaid benefits, long term care planning, estate planning, wills and trusts, qualified income trusts a/k/a Miller trusts, Medicaid qualified income only trusts, personal care contracts, Medicaid applications, durable powers of attorney, designation of health care surrogate (health care powers of attorney), living wills, VA Pension benefit planning, VA Aid and Attendance planning, and applications for VA benefits. We also provide legal services for guardianships, asset protection, probate and trust administration, and tax planning.
    Experience And Credentials
    Our managing attorney has 30+ years of experience as a Florida lawyer, and was a practicing CPA for six years prior to becoming an attorney. The firm's associates, in addition to their basic law degrees (JD) also have Masters of Law degrees in taxation.
    Fees And Payment Sources Accepted
    Generally we provide elder law and estate planning services on a fixed fee basis. Probate and Trust administration as well as guardianships involve hourly rate fees based upon the hourly rate of the person providing the services and the amount of time required for completion of the task.
