    About My Business
    With over fifteen years experience in litigation and transactional work, Joshua J. Benn's focus is on estate planning, guardianships, probate, and real estate. He has had the privilege of speaking to a variety of community groups such as the Bryan ISD, The Arc, Texas A&M Project LEAD, The Down Syndrome Association of the Brazos Valley, the Conroe Chamber of Commerce and the Brazos Valley Center for Independent Living.

    In both negotiation and trial litigation, he stands up for his clients' rights and protects their best interests.
    About My Services
    Josh represents clients throughout Texas with offices in two convenient locations — the principal office is located in Bryan/College Station and his second office is located in Conroe. In addition, the firm is completely mobile and he is more than happy to meet with you at your office or even over a cup of coffee.
